Prices include delivery, pickup, a 7-day rental, and disposal up to the included weight limit. Overweight loads run about $75–$135 per extra ton.

Choose a 10-yard for small cleanouts and single-room remodels, a 20-yard for large cleanouts and roofing, a 30-yard for renovations and new construction, and a 40-yard for commercial or demolition jobs. When in doubt, size up — adding a second haul almost always costs more than the next size container.

Standard rentals include a 7-day period. Need it longer? Extra days are typically $5–$15 per day. Just let us know your timeline when you book and we'll quote it up front.

If the dumpster sits on your private driveway, you usually don't need a permit. If it must go on a public street or sidewalk, most Northeast cities require a permit that starts around $50 and can take 5–10 business days to approve.

Prohibited items generally include hazardous waste, wet paint, motor oil, tires, batteries, propane tanks, refrigerants, and electronics in some areas. Heavy materials like concrete and dirt usually need a dedicated 'clean fill' container due to weight limits.
